Our mentors are all “wet fingered” dentists who treat patients on a regular basis.  They are educators who are known for their ability to communicate in a down to earth, practical style.  They will be quick to understand the problems you face and will provide detailed guidance.  They will challenge your thinking and help you to broaden your perspective. 

All of our mentors are sympathetic to the challenges of delivering quality dentistry and will consider your enquiry with confidence and empathy.  

Selecting A Mentor

Smile Mentor will direct your enquiry to a mentor most qualified to assist you.  Send an email enquiry or purchase one of our coaching options and we will review your request and assign a Mentor to respond.

In the event that our mentors are not qualified to answer your questions adequately, we will source advice from specialist sources. 

When Will A Mentor Contact Me?

Our Mentors are practising dentists, just like you.  We will endeavour to schedule an appointment that meets your needs.  We will consider your timeframes with respect to upcoming patient appointments with which you may need assistance.   Onsite consultations require forward planning, particularly where air travel is required.

Is A Mentor Responsible For My Treatment Outcome?

No.  Your Mentor is there to guide and help you think.  We will provide solutions based on current research, manufacturers guidelines, and commonly accepted clinical practice.  Our Mentors are not able to accept responsibility for delivery of care in your hands.
